Advanced Workflows
Unlock group, quorum, conditional, and field-routed approvals on top of every Base workflow. Flat fee per tenant, no per-author seat charge.
- Group (first to approve): the first named approver to act clears the step
- Group (all must approve): every named approver must approve
- Quorum (X of N): a configurable number of approvers must approve
- Conditional: route by parameter logic
- Field-routed: route by the value of any field on the record
Discounts kick in at 50, 100, and 250 seats.
Total seats means Requesters plus Approvers. Discounts apply automatically at billing on the per-user lines. The Advanced Workflows add-on and Enterprise prices stand outside the curve.
We offer an NFP discount on per-user lines. The conversation is short.
Capabilities at a glance.
Every tier ships with the workflow patterns, the form builder, and the audit trail set out on the product page. Connection to your systems of record runs through the same REST and webhook surface on every plan.

Pricing FAQ.
What is a Requester? An Approver?
A Requester is anyone who submits a request for a new record (a new supplier, customer, employee, GL code, project, or any record type you configure). An Approver is anyone who reviews, approves, delegates, or routes those requests. Most organisations have many Requesters and a smaller number of Approvers. Pricing reflects that asymmetry: governance lives on the Approver seat.
What does the Advanced Workflows add-on add?
The visual workflow builder ships on every plan, so every customer designs visually. Base also includes single-approver and four-eyes (workflow-level no-self-approval) workflows. Four-eyes is the marquee compliance control and it is available on every plan. The Advanced Workflows add-on unlocks five more step types on top of that floor: Group (first to approve), Group (all must approve), Quorum (X of N), Conditional, and Field-routed. In the app, those Advanced step types are visible in the builder for every customer but stay greyed out with an indicator until the add-on is on the plan, so you can see what you would unlock before contacting us. Pricing is a flat per-tenant fee with no per-author seat charge.
Can I self-host?
Yes, on Enterprise. Self-host runs the same product as cloud with feature parity. Most customers do not need self-host; it makes sense if your security or residency requirements rule out a multi-tenant cloud, or if you want to operate the platform alongside other internally-hosted systems.
Do I need Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to use Elevate Approvals?
No. Elevate Approvals works with any ERP, HRIS, or CRM via REST APIs and webhooks. We have a native Business Central integration for the customers who run it; everyone else uses the open API surface to connect their system of record. Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and Sage Intacct customers all use Elevate Approvals.
How does the monthly / annual switcher work?
The headline price is the annual-paid figure. Choosing monthly billing adds a 20% premium. There is no minimum term on monthly; annual is a 12-month commitment. Either way, prices are billed in your selected currency.
Which currency am I billed in?
You can pay in NZD, AUD, EUR, or USD. USD is the source-of-truth list price; the other three are converted on a quarterly review cadence and rounded to clean local prices. EUR is shown including VAT (per EU consumer-pricing convention); USD, NZD, and AUD are shown excluding tax. Enterprise contracts can fix a price in your contracting currency for the term.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Total seats (Requesters plus Approvers) attract automatic discounts: 5% off at 50+ seats, 10% at 100+, 15% at 250+. The Advanced Workflows add-on and Enterprise floor are not in scope of the volume curve; they price independently.
Is there a free trial?
21 days, full platform, no credit card required. Long enough for finance to run a month-end approval cycle. There is no permanent free tier; this is a B2B platform priced for serious teams.
Do you offer a not-for-profit discount?
Yes. Contact us for the NFP discount on per-user lines.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You retain export rights for 30 days after cancellation. Approval audit trails export as CSV or JSON and include the timestamp, approver, action, and signed-off field values. After the export window the data is deleted from production.
